At LJ Media we’ve had the pleasure of working for many local businesses in and around Vancouver. And while we’ve created some awesome work for some awesome people, we also saw potential for something more.
We wanted to find a way to offer more to our clients. To be able to utilize our skillsets outside of the scope of a single project. That’s why we came up with the monthly retainer program. To offer clients a chance for a long term partnership that extends beyond the typical scope of photography and videography work.
So if you’ve ever wanted to have an in-house media team, but don’t have the budget or know-how to make it happen, then a monthly retainer could be the perfect solution for you. Helping your business create consistent quality media for the web, print, and social media.

How it works.
Sign up for a 1, 6, or 12 month contract with savings for longer term partnerships. Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month with additional work billed separately as needed.
Each month you’ll get a set amount of hours which can be used for anything you need.
Use an hour to plan out content for the next month, or use 3 to do a photo or video shoot. Need consistent video content for social media? No problem. Use the allotted hours for video editing to have a consistent stream of quality video content, complete with custom text, music, graphics, and effects.
Track the hours used with a custom spreadsheet. Updated after every task completed to show hours used, jobs completed, and how many hours remaining for the month.
